BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT PERMANENT BEAUTY CLINIC YOU AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All treatments are subject to terms and conditions.

Bookings
€50 booking deposit is required for Permanent Makeup and Aesthetic Treatments.

€20 booking deposit is required for all other treatments.

First Time visit offers need to be paid 100% upfront to secure the space.

Cancellation Policy
48 hour cancellation is required for Permanent Make Up procedures and 24 hour cancellation for all other procedures.
Cancellation less than 24h or 48h will result in loss of deposit. No show appointments will result with loss of deposit and full payment will be required for the future booking.

Late arrivals
In consideration for all clients , please phone ahead if running late, we will try to accommodate as best we can, please understand we allocate specific time for each treatment therefore if you are late your appointment may have to be shortened so as the next clients treatment is not affected. We suggest you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill your consultation card prior to treatment.
Being late more than 10 mins may affect the loss of deposit if we will not be able to proceed with your appointment and rescheduling a new deposit will be required.

Patch testing
Please note for insurance purposes we have to patch test at least 24 hours before henna, lash lift, tinting and waxing , permanent make up. Please book that before your first visit with us.

Health conditions
Please advise of any health conditions which could affect your treatment when making your appointment. Most treatments can’t be done during antibiotic or steroid therapy, skin infection or inflammation. Retinol and acne antibiotic ointments are strong contraindications for facials, aesthetics and permanent make up.

Cold Sore is a contraindication for any treatment face related! 

Coming for the treatment with an active cold sore will result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of deposit.
Pregnancy is a special care time and we don’t do permanent make up, aesthetics, chemical peels or any other more invasive treatments during this period.

Safety and comfort
We wish to apologise for inconvenience, but due to insurance, health and safety requirements and a restricted waiting area we ask not to bring children and friends ,who don’t have an appointment booked, into the salon.

Phones during treatment
In order that you benefit fully from your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that mobile phones be switched off/put on silence during your visit.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
